PINOY HENYO (Game of the Year?)

I knew Pinoy Henyo game way back 3-4 yrs I think from GMA-7's noontime show "EAT BULAGA". It is played by 2 players facing each other. There is a specific word that they are going to guess, the one who will guess will ask categories like tao, bagay, hayop, pangyayari & etc. and the other one will just answer "oo", "hindi" and "pwede"  until they will guess it right. They will be given at least 2 minutes to guess the word.

This year 2011 especially during youth activities and games "pinoy henyo" is always included in their games list. During christmas parties, reunions, events & etc. Pinoy Henyo is alwas played. It is really addictive, but it is fun and could really be a nice ice breaker. You agree with me guys? I just noticed it...

POWER GROW (Organic Foliar Fertilizer)

 * Power grow is a liquid foliar fertilizer with full organic supplements and created using US formula.
 * F.P.A.  Reg. No.:1-1IF-2193
 * Composed of Power Grow Green & Power Grow Red
Power Grow Green - Stimulates and promotes the growth in root , stem, leaves and new buds
Power Grow Red  - Used for flowering and fruiting stage.
* It can be used by any green leafy vegetables, fruits and flowers

Why we should use POWER GROW ORGANIC FERTILIZER?
1. Food Safety Issue - Our food is safe because there's no chemical involve.
2. Environment Friendly - It helps lower down the acidity of our land.
3. Lessens farmers expenses - Power grow is much cheaper than the usual inorganic fertilizer (ex. Php 3,000 with 9 liters of power grow good for 1 hectare and for 1 cropping)
4. Increases farmers harvest - see our video testimonials click here
5. Increases farmers Income- The more farmers' harvest, the more income will be generated.

Contents of Power Grow
1. Humic Acid - is a complex product of decomposition that contains amino acids, carbohydrates and phenols and being in vegetative origin, humic acid is very rich and beneficial to plants.  Humic acids are not soluble but contain humates (salts of humic acid) that form complexes with mineral nutrients to be assimilated by plants thus, increasing efficiency of mineral fertilizers.

2. Liquid Seaweed - effectively used as foliar spray and contains naturally occurring growth regulators and micronutrients.  Seaweeds produce plant hormones such as auxin, cytokinins, and gibberellins as well as micronutrients like iron, copper, zinc, molybdenum, boron, manganese and cobalt.

3. Plant Hormones:
    a. Auxins - Promotes uniform flowering or fruit set and prevents premature fruit drop.
    b. Cytokinins -Necessary for cell division in both shoot and root apical meristems.
    c. Gibberellins  Promotion of stem elongation

These are the Nutrients that a plant can get when using Power Grow.

*Usually an "ABUNO" is just composed of Nitrogen, Phosphorus & Potassium (N,P & K).
(Ex. Triple 14 or 14-14-14) it means that there are 14% of Nitrogen, 14% of Phosphorus & 14% of Potassium. That's what a plant can get in a certain fertilizer. But what nutrients can we get with Power Grow?

Nutrients inside POWER GROW
A. Macro Nutrients (Major Elements)
1. Nitrogen (N) - Provide plants with rapid growth
     If absent? - Slow growth
Leaves are smaller and yellow in color
2. Phosphorus (P) - Essential for seed germination.
If absent? - Poorly developed root systems, premature leaf drop
3. Potassium (K) - Improves fruit quality & Helps in reduction of diseases.
If absent? - Small fruit & susceptible to diseases
4. Calcium (Ca) -  Improves plant vigor
If absent? - Premature Flower drop.
5. Magnesium (Mg) -  Activated plant enzymes that are needed for plant growth
If absent? - Stunted growth:  delay in bud sprouting and flowering\
6. Sulfur (S) - For the development in root nodules of nuts and beans
If absent? - Leaves become yellowish green and exhibit a slow stunted growth

The Micronutrients:
1. Chlorine (Cl) - Increases the quality and quantity of the plant.
2. Iron (Fe) - Acts as an enzyme activator
3. Manganese (Mn) -  Stimulates seeds and fruits production.
4. Copper (Cu) - Involved as an enzyme activator and in chlorophyll formation.
5. Zinc (Zn) - Essential for the manufacture of chlorophyll.
6. Boron (B) - Increases the quality and quantity of vegetables and fruits.
7. Molybdenum (Mo) -  A structural part of enzyme nitrogenase.

My 4 days stay at Palawan

It's always a dream of everyone to come to the beautiful place of Palawan. I was very much lucky to go their and experience the beauty of Puerto Princesa. The main reason of coing to Palawan was actually to come in the grand launching of DYNAPHARM INTERNATIONAL INC. - PALAWAN.

I was excited when the plane pilot announced that we are on our final descend to the airport. It reminds me of the little old Iloilo airport, co'z it's almost the same. They have just a little airport there but full of trees around and people are waiting across the street waiting for the arrival of their loved ones.

I went directly to Dynapharm International Inc. - Palawan office to settle and prepare for the grand launching at 3:00 in the afternoon, I was assigned to take photos and videos for the said event (hmmm.. ako nmn ang wala sa picture.. LOL!). Everyone was so busy and the VIP's or let's say the MILLIONAIRES are starting to come around coming from different places together with the Dynapharm's President Mr. Carlo Ll. Mayuga and Dr. Gil Magsino (Agriculturist from UP Los Banos). It was really a great night and everyone was amazed by the presentations and the Products.

at Marina De Bay, Palawan

On the next day, everyone was busy because there were a lot investors coming in and inquiring about the product. Afterwhich, we went to Marina De Bay to unwind ourselves and of course to celebrate the success of the grand launching. God is so good to provide us time to unwind ourselves despite the very hectic schedule and demand of the farmers.

Who would have thought that we could still go to the World's 7 wonders contender (The Underground River)? After an hour and a half of travel from Puerto Princesa to Sabang, we were amazed by the works of our God through rock formations inside the cave that formed into different images like dinosaurs, candles, face of Jesus, & etc. It is really amazing and I think underground river should win the title.

4 days at Palawan is not enough to enjoy ourselves. I'm hoping to go back and explore more the beauty of Palawan.

God's Blessing & Favor @ Boracay 2011

This testimony maybe a little bit late, but I want to share on how God blessed us during our Boracay trip last july 3-5, 2011.
We (Greatel & Me) are all set and ready for Boracay. We are excited to have some rides and adventure. But of course in exchange of our enjoyment, we have to spend a lot of money...

These are our adventure:
1. Bug Car adventure - We need to spend 700 to enjoy this ride. But, since my I invited my parents to join with us, guess what?? They treat us for free.. wohoooo... God is really good.

"Go Kart Race" Me & Greatel
2. The Go Kart Race - We need to have at least 4 persons to enjoy the race and avail php500 per head. But, since we are only 3 (Me, Greatel & My cousin) we need to pay Php600. What I did was, I invited my other cousin (Dodoy) to Join us, and he said that we'll just text him. It was already 3pm and we are all set to "Go Kart Race" I tried to contact dodoy but he was unable to answer his phone. Well, we loose hope and we are forced to pay Php600. While, going to "Go Kart Race" we found my other cousin with her husband, dodoy and some of our relatives on our way, I tried to convince them to join us and they said, "If the ride is good, they will join us."  Whew! hopefully they will like it and join us. When we arrived at the site, guess what? They like it so much and my cousin (Nene) treat us again! Php500 each. it makes Php1,000 including greatel. God is so Good again right?

"The Free Dinner Buffet at Casa Pilar Resort"
3. Dinner Buffet - After the "Go Kart Race" we are ready for boat saling. I forgot how much we spend but, all I know is we paid for it and there's no free... hehehe. But, going to station 2(Where the boat is placed), Me & Greatel are planning to have a dinner just the 2 of us anywhere. While we are talking, there's someone who invited us for FREE DINNER BUFFET" at Casa Pilar Resort! WHOH! is it amazing???? we should spend at least Php285 each for dinner. BUt, God made it for free! hahah! Indeed God's Blessing and Favor are truly great to his Children!

SIGN POST RETREAT 2011

After our Summer Youth Camp, we once again tapped to facilitate the sign post retreat held at Adelfa beach resort Oton, Iloilo last May 28, 2011. There are about 160 participants who joined the said retreat and most of them were 10-15 y.o. It was a great experience to join this kind of activities because, we're not only enjoying but we shared Jesus and make friends with them.
